About the Artist

The sleeping bag was designed by San Francisco-based artist Jessica Tully as a way to resist the temptation of the distracting electronic glow of our cell phones. Jessica is a conceptual artist working at intersections of culture and politics. From hip-hop water ballet, to a rock opera of live construction equipment, to voter education, her site-specific performances, videos, drawings, campaigns and unionizing efforts are set within socially charged public spaces. Jessica is a member of the Reboot Network.
